I really would have preferred the larger image to be here, rather than up top, but you get the picture. Perhaps the new format appeals to viewers, but it doesn’t appeal to readers. The new format wastes space and time, which really flies in the face of what attracts people to the internet in the first place. Overcoming the limitations of space and time is what it’s all about.
Normally, I’m not fixated on format. But I just had to make this point because, at the age of 74, I am increasingly aware that time is running short and I don’t have any to waste.
Time is of the essence. Unfortunately, there are many people who have no sense of time. So, they don’t understand that.
