If you don't remember who Pierre (pronounced pier) Howard is, let me re-introduce you. Elected Lt. Governor of Georgia in 1990, Howard served two terms and was on hand to introduce Bill Clinton and Al Gore to the state in 1992. I'm not sure if I've got this correct, but as I remember it, Valdosta, Georgia was the closest the campaign got to North Florida. So, that's where we went to catch the dynamic duo and their entourage.
